Statutory Alignment Record TechnocracyAI Canada Inc. Supreme Institutional, Electoral & Generative Integrity Policy (v6.3) Pioneering the Future of Canadian AI Democracy Ratification Date March 26, 2026 Primary Authority Office of the CEO (Md Tareq) Compliance Tier Pioneer Alpha-Level Jurisdiction National, Multinational, Provincial, Local, Institutional, & Supranational 🍁 The Canadian Pioneer Mandate As one of the first and most prominent Canadian companies operating at the intersection of high-fidelity artificial intelligence and democratic governance, TechnocracyAI Canada Inc. has always been acutely conscious of the evolving socio-political landscape. Our work is not merely a commercial endeavour; it is a proactive effort to ensure that the evolution of AI-driven democracy remains safe, transparent, and superior in its service to the Canadian people. We aspire to lead by example, proving that technology can fortify the institutions it serves. 01 Third-Party Neutrality & Legislative Support TechnocracyAI Canada Inc. functions as a strictly independent third-party technical vendor. We operate with a high awareness of our responsibilities under the new Canadian law. ■ Support for Modern Statutes: We fully endorse and align our operations with the Strong and Free Elections Act (2026) and associated updates to the Canada Elections Act. Our protocols are designed to proactively respect the evolving legal situation. ■ The Institutional Liability Shield: Our outputs are strictly categorised as high-fidelity technical advisories. These services are provided exclusively to official Ministries, Political Parties, the Office of the Prime Minister (PMO), Provincial Governments, National Departments, and Supranational Agencies. National, Multinational, Local Institutions. ■ Operational Boundary: As a third party, we do not dictate political strategy; we provide the data-driven architecture that allows sovereign officials to make informed decisions within their own constitutional mandates. 02 The Philosophy of Augmented Democracy We reject the notion of automated governance in favour of Augmentation—the enhancement of human institutional capacity through generative synthesis. Generative Democracy We utilise generative modelling to simulate policy outcomes, optimise infrastructure lattices, and create digital twins of urban systems. This is used strictly to increase administrative efficiency and foresight. Augmented Democracy Our systems act as filters, removing noise from complex data sets to grant clarity to human leaders. The Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) remains the sole sovereign and final decision-maker in every instance. 03 Technical Consciousness & Data Security Our commitment to a safer democracy is reflected in our strict technical and data constraints. ■ Text-and-Data Priority: We focus on the synthesis of text and structured data. We do not participate in or deploy systems for the creation of synthetic media, voice clones, or deepfakes, ensuring our work cannot be used for digital deception. ■ Zero-PII Privacy Standard: TechnocracyAI Canada Inc. maintains a Zero-Intake policy for private voter data. Our modelling is powered exclusively by macro-level publicly available data to ensure the privacy of Canadian citizens is never compromised. 04 Human-Centric Creative Integrity We maintain a clear distinction between data synthesis and human creative expression. ■ Human Craftsmanship: All visual identities, logos, and narrative briefs are 100% human-created by our design team. We believe that the "human touch" is essential for authentic democratic communication. ■ Private Ideation: Our creative assets are treated as internal ideation documents, shared privately to support the vision and strategy of our official partners, rather than for mass automated dissemination. 05 Financial Integrity & Sovereign Protection ■ Prohibition of Anonymous Assets: In compliance with federal standards, we strictly prohibit the use of cryptocurrency, anonymous money orders, or prepaid cards for all services. ■ Canadian Financial Settlement: All accounts are settled through domestic, traceable Canadian financial institutions. This ensures full transparency and protects against foreign interference or untraceable influence.
